I’m on a mission…
… to help you break free from the self-critical voices that haunt you – to help you embrace a life of self-compassion.
Having grappled with ADHD myself and receiving a late diagnosis, I understand the toll it can take on your self-esteem and mental well-being. I’ve been my own worst critic, blaming myself for things my brain couldn’t control, all while trying to fit into a system not designed for me.
This journey won’t just change your life; it will empower you to stop making the same mistakes I did and live the joyful, enriching life you’ve been working so hard to cultivate.

Some of my education and experience…
I got my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from NYU.
Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals battling depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder.
I’ve also worked with couples, helping them build deeper connections and handle conflict better.
In short, my career is about helping others become the best versions of themselves… and learning to love who they are.
When I’m not in the office…
I enjoy learning new therapeutic techniques even when I’m not at work.
But I have many hobbies and interests, from comics, manga, cartoons, and video games to snowboarding, football, and baseball.
I thrive on satisfying my curiosities through new experiences. I’ve explored shuffleboard, pétanque, woodworking, and blacksmithing in the past year.
Oh, and I’m also busy training my new golden retriever, Jake.
