Hi, I’m Jason Alicea.
I’m on a mission…
To help you break free from the self-critical voices that hold you back – and embrace a life of self-compassion.
Having struggled with ADHD myself and receiving a late diagnosis, I deeply understand the impact it can have on your self-esteem and mental well-being. I’ve been my own harshest critic, blaming myself for things my brain couldn’t control, all while trying to fit into a system that wasn’t built for me.
This journey won’t just transform your life; it will empower you to avoid the same mistakes I made and help you live the joyful, fulfilling life you’ve been striving for.
If I could learn to silence those inner demons, I truly believe you can, too.

Our leadership is driven by expertise in business consulting, investment strategies, and property development. With a strong focus on client success, our team brings industry knowledge and strategic insight to help businesses thrive.

Here’s a bit about my education and experience…
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from NYU.
Over the past decade, I’ve devoted my career to supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and borderline personality disorder.
I’ve also worked with couples, helping them strengthen their connections and navigate conflict more effectively.
In short, my career is focused on helping others become the best versions of themselves and learning to embrace and love who they are.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me…
I enjoy exploring new therapeutic techniques, even when I’m not at work.
But I also have a wide range of hobbies and interests, from comics, manga, cartoons, and video games to snowboarding, football, and baseball.
I thrive on satisfying my curiosities through new experiences. In the past year, I’ve explored shuffleboard, pétanque, woodworking, and blacksmithing.
Oh, and I’m also busy training my new golden retriever, Jake!
